How much stone for a nano tank?

Hi,
In an effort to improve my aquascaping skills I have decided to get a nano cube so I can re-scape it often and try new designs. I have bought a cheap 20cm cube and am going to try to recreate this:



How much rock will I need? Given it's such a small tank I'm planning on buying a bit more than I need to give me options for future changes but I'm really struggling to estimate how much he is using there.

Guesstimate based on my own 15l nano, maybe 5kg to 7kg ish.

think it would also depend on the type of rock, different densities. I did not so long ago stumble upon an Aquascaping shop website that gave densities and approx suggested amounts for each type of rock, but unfortunately I have no idea who it was :/

Aquarium Gardens give suggested quantities, below for lava rock:

We would suggest using 10KG per 50L. For example, for a 100L tank use 20KG. An avergae piece weighs approximately 1-2KG. We aim to include a range of sizes and shapes.

Thanks for the advice. I have found a local shop who will have rock in next week so I should be able to go and see the pieces which will make it easier than buying online.
