How much PAR for sensitive plants ?

Hi, in reef field there is some diagrams with how much par a species need to thrive. In freshwater it's different. I have a PAR meter, but i've a hard time finding the PAR amount needed for plants.

Any idea what PAR to target for plant like myriophyllum tuberculatum and rotala walichii ? thx
