I do have a out 5 or 6 amanos in there however I've not seen them for weeks lolThats 99% certainty grazing damage, do you have amano shrimp perhaps? You can almost see the tiny holes left by theirevil littlegrabby claws

Try supplementing the tank with vegetables like bell pepper, sweet potato, etc and they may do less damage to plants.
This is unfortunately the backside of the amanos, they eat more algae than other shrimp but they also eat some plants.
Make sure not to leave the vegetables in the tank more than 12-24 hours. Some only need a light blanching, others need a light boil
