One of my Amano shrimps is full with grey eggs. There a group of shrimps all around is that OK, or is it danger?

lots of males? or females too?
she may be shedding eggs/larvae & those would be considered a lovely snack ... males sometimes get confused about when it's breeding day - some females will ignore them, others can get quite testy

If she looks to be getting too much attention, I'd move her into a breeding net
 
the breeder net is to offer respite to the shrimp that is being harassed - she may suffer some injury depending on what is going on with the "pile-on"
 
It's like the males are trying to mate with it. Which is odd. Normally an egg carrying female won't be interested by the males.
