Totally here so would appreciate all the advise possible
In process of making a peninsula aquarium tank with stand/cabinet & a pelmet for the a semi planted tank that will hold discus fish
The size is 72 x 24 x 30(H) Opti white all around and also cladding all around the stand,
As it will be a discus tank with temp of 28-30 degree I can not have it opened top so my original idea of Eurobrace is out of the window. Therefore I have to have normal barcode tank with sliding covers.
However the problem comes with the filtration. What do I do with having a 4 sided pelmet on a peninsula tank? How do I use something like glass lily pipes when having brace? should I have a sump or just an external wier connected to two external filters?
I would really appreciate if you can give advise and show links on how others have done this?
