Help. Can anyone tell me what's on my leaves?

As in the title really.
Can anyone tell me what is on the underside of the leaf in the picture.
I've found them on a couple of leaves on my ferns.

There are no snails in the tank, I'm very careful about checking for them and they don't look like any snails eggs I've seen before.

Spores. No worries, it's natural
All fern have them, submerged species also🙂🙂

Normal for javaferns, it's plants of the plants reproduction system 🙂
