Hello, I'm Pedro owner of "Island Reef" 🙂 also have a passion for planted aquarium... so I decided to have a look around here 🙂 currently I take care of a 30L planted nano which I find very interesting.

Look forward to seeing your first scape on here Pedro welcome.🙂

Bem vindos ao forum Pedro 🙂

This portugueaser has been here a while 😉 is nice to see users from Portugal venturing to UKAPS, I am an even older member of aquariofilia.net 😉 the portuguese scene is pretty large, look forward to your tanks 🙂

ADC is really the best central London store, Charterhouse Aquatics have opened a new store, Wholesale Tropicals is ok, there is Living Waters in Croydon a good store if you like a more old fashion place, for me one of the best shame its not so easily accessible.

Our sponsor Freshwater Shrimp is also in London, worth a visit, lots of shrimp and plants (leva a carteira cheia) but they are in the process of moving so best to contact them directly, they are also the distributor for Portuguese tank maker Natural Aquario.

The are a few Maindenhead aquatics around London in garden centers also some Pets at Home Store, these tend to be more about fish than anything else, but they are improving.

Hope that helps 🙂

Intresting Charterhouse Aquatics is now up in London that's news for me ahah, well If I get a change I'll pop around to Croydon.... not that far from Kingston, about freshwater shrimp also never heard of them I see they are a bit up north well will see If I get a chance.... just want to check it out, I know I will go to ADC might take some pictures and all to post it on our forum and Madeira's fishkeeping facebook group so everyone can have a look at the fish keeping scene across borders.

aquariofilia.net oh yes it's big and the oldest fishkeeping forum in Portugal ( I think ), also if you have a chance check recife.pt which is just 1 and a half years old, I'm one of the founders 🙂 it's not a freshwater forum but have a look 🙂
