Just joined the forum. Been a fish keeper for a while and have always had planted aquariums but have never really given much thought to that side of things - just bunging in a random selection of plants without really knowing what I was doing. Then I came across George Farmer's Youtube channel and realised there was so much more to this.....and what I have been missing all these years!
My main tank is Juwel Rio 180 but thought it might be a bit ambitious to start with that so I have just bought a Dennerle Nano Cube 60L with a view to having a first go at scaping - on a relatively small scale. Will be taking a trip to Aquarium Gardens next weekend (only half an hour from here) to buy some hardscaping materials and will take it from there.....
