Hi All. Just retired and now have time to pick up on my aquarium hobby which lapsed 20+ years ago. Things have come a long way since under-gravel filters! My tank has been up and running for 2 months and I suppose it is a jungle theme - at least it allows me to try out a wide variety of plants. It is a 90x45x60 cm Clearseal tank with CO2 via inline diffuser. Lighting is Eheim Classic LED with Betta 1050 filter with UV. Substrate is sand over Fluval Stratum in filter bags. There is so much to learn: I have George Farmer's book, have spent way too much time on Youtube! plus the people from Aquarium Gardens and Maidenhead have been very helpful.
