i want to buy a new filter but i have never used this site before. i wanted to know if anyone has used it and could tell me if its safe.

Thought web site resembled Zooplus.co.uk and that range of products were similar. Surprise surprise the board of directors of zooplus and bitiba are all located in similar addresses in Munich and are the same people (Andrea Skersies, Dr. Cornelius Patt).
 
Alright I guess it's safe?

I've bought from them before. Had a problem with the delivery company but not their fault.
Good customer service.
 
I had two boxes for my order. Both exactly the same.One came no problem. The other got returned twice. Said too heavy !!!.
Bitiba then split the second box into two.
