Have had 6 Amanos in the tank for about a month now. 2 things have happened that I know are natural but am wondering what they mean regarding the wellbeing of the shrimp.
They have all shed and some are getting HUGE
And yesterday I spied this (sorry re the pic - was dark and the damn thing would not move out of the shade....even for an algae wafer
Eggs galore! And I spotted another one fit to bursting this morning. I understand bringing them on to adult is very hard, requiring salt water etc etc so I have no intention of trying that.
Are these good signs that all is well in shrimp land?
