Hair algae

Best way on getting rid of this algae, its starting to take over my Monte Carlo carpet, it uproots when I try to manually remove it. I've been double dousing easy carb for last week and turned up the co2 so the drop counter is lime green. Tank it 30l with an 6w aquael smart led, dosing E.I daily.

Amano shrimp will eat hair algae I think. You could tryadding a few of these?
Dont use H2O2 hydrogen peroxide it will knock your monte carlo dead.
