Greenfly on carnivorous plants

Hi all,
Looking for a little guidance; have several Venus flytraps, pitcher plants and sun dews in our conservatory.
They are just coming out of dormancy and showing new growth but also the starts of a greenfly infestation.
Does anyone have experience or guidance on how to best control them?

insecticidal soap or neem oil work well, and you can also submerge your plants for a couple of days, with no ill effects to drown the aphids.. bonus points if you can submerge them in a tank where the fish will help pick them clean of aphids

Thanks for the reply.
I had used a spray last year but it had an impact on the new growth.
Will submerge smaller pots in the fish tank, large bowl will need a different solution!
