Hi all
Two weeks ago I received a SMC precision needle valve from CO2Art which unfortunately had a leak... I say unfortunately because I am using this same model in another tank for a year without any problem. In my opinion it is an excellent product. Yesterday night I wrote an email to the CO2Art Support Team just to make sure that what I wanted to do was ok: tightening a nut which I though was the problem... I didn't want to break it, so this was the aim of my email. But this morning I received an email from Miroslav saying that a new replacement has been sent. Great customer service, isn't it?
