Going on Holiday - help needed

90 litre high-tech tank using CO2 and daily EI dosing.

I'm shortly off on hols for 2 weeks and really concerned about my planted tank. Lights/CO2 all come on by timer & I feed the fish daily & use EI dosing daily.

I was planning to do a 50% water change then setup an automatic feeder for the fish but what about the EI daily dosing ?

I would like to make sure the plants have some food over the next 2 weeks and dont want to kill them off - unfortunately, I have nobody that could come into the house & feed the fish/dose the EI daily.

Any recommendations ? Can't go to the expense of buying/setting up dosing pumps

Personally then I'd cut lights and co2 to 4 hours and dose a heavy handed weeks worth of ferts and up my maintenance schedule when I got back to get things back on track, cross my fingers and enjoy my holiday 🙂

I always increase WC to 80% with 2 - 3 changes in the week. Hack all fast growers to reduce EI demands. If possible add more root tabs. And just before go add loads of micro and macro though not at same time..

Clean filters and reduce light co2 times.

Never had issues even upto 4 weeks.
