Fridge or cupboard

When mixing the dry salts with ro water do you need to keep them cooled in fridge or can i just leave them in the aquarium cupboard.

Mix using tap water (or cooled boiled water so dissolves easier) as cheaper. Keep micro away from sun light as it degrades. In aquarium cupboard is fine.
