I have a 405 which I plan to use with a spray bar along the back of my tank. I have a rio 180 so would say the spray bar will need to be about 90cm long. I was wondering how long the proper fluval kit is and if I can add more to it or if I am going to have to make my own. Any advice greatly appreciated

Make your own, all you need is a 1 metre piece of acrylic from eBay. Then drill 'small' holes along the length.
If your struggling for an end cap, seach for the eheim ones,should be able to get them to fit.
