Flowering Anubias nana

My Anubias has springtime in it's head and is starting to give me a flower. It's not open yet...keep you posted.

Now I'm hoping that one day one of my Bucephalandras will flower too.

In my expetience, several of the Bucephalandra typesflower frequently under water - so your wish should come through, soon enough

Another Anubias also starts to flower in my tank too...must be the season indeed.

The first flower didn't really open, but the second one did and I have 3 more to come 🙂

My 2nd flower took a while to open too and in fact wasn't opened until the day before yesterday. Yesterday all of a sudden it was wide open, popped like a popcorn 🙂
Yours is beautiful and the anubias has nice shiny green leaves.

I love this plant, I find the flowering cycle is all to do with lighting hours, give it long 12 he days for a while then reduce to 8 and it will flower.

One of mine just flowered and I missed it. Only have a dead head to look at🙁
