Fish ideas

Hi guys i currently have 15 cardinal tetras in a fairly heavily planted rio 180 they have been in there for a year now and i was looking at add another group of schooling fish iam considering harlequin rasboras at the moment. So two questions would these be ok with my tetras or should I be looking at a different fish. Edit had been looking at mosquito rasboras however they seem quite small
