This will give you the information on Macro/Micro!
Basically Macro is Nitrogen, Phosphorus..... Potassium (NPK) and Micro is Trace elements that the plants need!
Dosing is usually
Macro dosed on Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Micro dosed on Tuesday/Thursday
Rest day Saturday
Water change Sunday
But you can tweak it to suit your daily routines!

Thanks Hoggie, have you heard of the brand in my image, a guy locally is selling 1 x 250ml macro, 1 x micro and 1 x carbo for £11. Would you need carbo if using the micro and macro?
