Try Facebook or Google, there are some society's around what will put you in touch with breeders, Practical Fishkeeping have contributors in the Goldfish fraternity write a letter or email

Bristol has an internationally renowned one, and I know there are more scattered up and down the country, Bristol Aquarists' Society for fancy goldfish varieties, how to keep them, and how to breed them
I'm pretty sure if you emailed one or both of the above they would be able to point you in the best direction.
