Or maybe a 70-30 split?
I had a discussion earlier with a hobbyist who was planning to combine two very different scapes. A manzi wood scape combined with an iwagumi scape? And I'm wondering if anyone has examples of two polar opposites styles combined in one tank and more importantly how that'd look.
It's an idea that peaked my interest as I'm going to be tearing down my aquarium soon but I'd need examples or some type of blueprint a scape novice could follow to ensure that if I choose to go with this I don't mess it up.
One other quick question. While looking into iwagumi scapes I noticed that some rocks raise ph. As my ph is already 8.0 I was wondering which rocks I should avoid and which rocks would lower my ph instead of raising it. I l,ike the look of these rocks but no idea of the name or if it's inert.
