Euthanise (kill) or not.

When you find a dying fish on its side in a tank do you end its suffering or let it live out it’s life.sometimes dying fish can last for a few days can’t they? What do you guys do in that situation I struggle to decide.i dont want it to suffer, but neither do l want to play GOD.

If the quality of life is no longer present, I think we have a duty to help them to the other side even if its uncomfortable for us

I always euthanise now, better to not prolong the suffering. At least this way it's quick, and it's less likely to cause more disease in other fish if what they're dying from is contagious, or if they eat the dead body before you get to it.
