I found a dead cherry shrimp and one that i thought was dead in my filter during maintenance today. The one i thought was dead ran up my arm as i removed the floss. So i put it back in tank, bad idea, 2 amanos are now chasing it round tank.
Anyway I needed to stop this happening until i can find/make a shrimp guard to fit the silly inlet.
So i cut a piece of 30hpi stainless mesh, which i just happen to have lying around and jammed it in the inlet
