EL starter kit or the APF all in one?

I've read many threads and was all set on recommendation to go for the all in one APF Plant Nutrition in Bottles (dry) - APF Complete - Fertilisers


But then there's the EL starter kit Ei Starter Kit - Starter Kits - Dry Chemicals - Fertilisers

I think the pro's of the starter kit are the ability to make adjustments as needed, but which in your opinions do you think will give me better value for money and better results?

The starter kit seems to allow for near every other day feeding where the all in one seems like a daily routine, Is this correct? I would prefer an every other day feed as long as its not detrimental.

Well without a bit more info it is not so easy to say but assuming you have a medium size tank with C02 injection the Started kit is by far the best value.

Its an aquanano 40, co2 is going to be a regulator and canister when I get paid toward end of the month, will be growing mosses and HC mostly with some grass of some description, lighting is a tmc 500 tile, went for this as I want the blue light for ability to view at anytime without running into algae problems etc hopefully. Will be keeping shrimp and some small fish, the tank is sitting ready but empty whilst I prep everything and source all my parts.
