Ei recipes for a 180 liter

Hi guys

Just need some advice on a ei recipes for a 180 liter tank
90x45x45

I be using two dosing bottle
And how much ml to dose daily?

Plants are Hc Cuba

Try this at 20ml per day:

TRACE:
2 Teaspoons (8 Tads) per 500ml water



MACRO
NO3 -- 8 Teaspoons (32 Tads)
PO4 -- 2 Teaspoons (8 Tads)
S04 -- 12 Teaspoons (48 Tads) mix in 500ml water

.... it depends. what lighting are you running and for how long? also are you injecting co2? high tech tanks require a lot more than low tech...

I'm running 4 t5 39w but only using 3
For 6 hour and will slowly up to 8 hours
yes I'm using co2

Micro
3 trace 18ml

Macro and micro together daily

But I'm not sure if that was enough.

Monsterous light levels, be careful at startup or else you will have an algae farm. I have 50W T8 over 180l and was very very careful at startup to not allow too much light until plants "settled in".

I originally dose 20ml EI per day (either Macro or Micro). Now dose with pumps DIY dual peristaltic dosing pump with alternate switching. | UK Aquatic Plant Society

The whole point of EI is based around not having to worry about it!
All the basic recipes are more than adequate to fertilise your plants, there are not secrete ingredients, no need to add extra anything just dose & don't worry 🙂

What ur ei recipes your mixing Ian?

Basically started on dose from AquariumPlantFood.co.uk, but as more plants appeared increased mix to 1.5 times (or use bigger teaspoons !!). Remember idea of EI is to provide unlimited nutrients, cheaply, to the plants, so you can't really overdose.
