You probably would. I have the 2071 with a few cm clearance and I can get the taps off with a bit of fiddling.
Can't get the trays out though. Only way to do that is to take the unit out of my cabinet by tipping it backwards or sideways. Unfortunately this causes it too leak even with the head and taps attached.
