Hello,
I have mentioned this company before and have owned a KR92 unit when I kept a reef tank. These took off a couple of years ago and are one of the best LED lighting units in the market in regard to thier very good PAR output and inkeeping with relatively lower electricity consumption.
The ecomlamps KR94 model is out now I think the k is in the 6-8k range, daylight. The KR94 appears more similar to the KR91 which was not a powerful as the KR92, but it doesnt need to be for freshwater planted tanks.
An advantage over the TMC series seem to be just neatness, these are luminaires with one wire from the unit.
Prices seem to have gone up significantly though, still the main deterent towards LEDs.
