I have planted some of this in my 35ltr fighter tank, there's a journal in here somewhere :wideyed:

Its growing very very well under the small 11w arcpod thats on the tank, its had a lot of runners sending new plants off, now I would like to thin it out a little, I know I can take off the runners and plants but the bigger ones I leave in are getting a bit untidy, do I just cut the leaves back on these or what, never grown this before and I'm very pleased with its growth, infact I may even try some new pics tonight.

Any advice greatfuly recieved

JOHNNY

When I grew E. latifolius, I simply removed the largest leaves from the plants and then let new smaller leaves grow, if you do this frequently the plant seems to become more compact.

Should I just cut them off, pull or do I need to pull the plant out and strip them?

Cheers,
JOHNNY
