I did choose your eBay shop over the webpage as It is much easier for me that way so I would like to share my experience with it
I also working in retail so I know good customer service is a must.
Few things I found while using your eBay shop:
I received a great customer service in overall. The person who did not mind to answer my questions about your products has been replayed almost instantly and definitely knows the products very well (even there was slightly miss understanding from my side and not the CO2-Art).
He / She even upload a product (which I bought later) for me as you did not have it in the product list.
The Item has been despatched at same day as I placed the order and 24 hour courier is amazing as I can not wait to get my goods in
