Hygrophila polysperma and Hygrophila difformis, siamensis 53b is also a fairly easy one. Vallisneria spiralis tiger, limnophila sessiliflora, various anubias sp, ceratopteris thalictroides, most echinodorus sp, but not all, cryptocoryne crispatula var balanse, Hydrocotyle leucocephala.

Just a few off the top of my head.

Cryptocoryne Wendtii is another easy plant. After I thought I removed them from my tank, the remaining rhizome fragments buried in the substrate without leaves are still viable - every month or so I discover a new Crypt sapling popping out :cool:
