Dots on crypt parva

Hello I have some dots on my crypt parva and also a little bit on some h. Tripartita. I dose pretty "low" in ferts.

Any idea What this is? It doesn't bother me but just curious.

Maybe gsa due low phosphates?

The algae is GSA
It is caused by high light in combination with poor CO2 and low PO4.Try to up the phosphate it will help clear it.Also trim off the affected leaves.
