does it sound right? (light, low, co2, fertz etc)

Hio all!

Looking for some advice on my setup.
as before in several of my setups I had various issues. I managed to get
through on step-by-step and gained clearer understanding of what I'm doing
or what needs to be done to change things at the time. But I'm still consieringnot confident
enough and I would like to go right this time.

My main concern is the mighty balance of everything together.
there are no issues yet in my latest project but I'm hoping to
prevent potential issues at the beginning if any..

For the first I may give some information that may help to answer my questions:

• Tank = 90L (H40xW40xL60cm)
• Filtration = JBL 1501e greenline (as per manual 1400lpg so real output might be about 800plh)
• 16mm lily pipe on the end (placed 1-2mm below the water surface level)
• Co2 pressurized, glass diffuser
• Light: 2x28w T5s, 1xLED plate 1000lumens (light unit placed 10cm above the water curface), light is breaking trough clear polycarbonate plate (cover/lid)
• Distance between light and substrate 40-50cm (front to back)
• Water: RO + JBL Akvadur (1/3rd scoop on every 25L)
• Ferts: EI "as per book". Macro and Micro dosing on separate days every day 18ml each + 3ml EasyCarbo daily.
• PH: 6.4 1hr after Co2 is OFF
• T: +25
• No direct/strong day light

1. Is my flow and co2 distribution ok? can I somehow improve it with different position of intake/outpipe, diffuser placement? (I have no fishes during the day sticking to the water surface and also I have no film, just a tons of bubbles when co2 is on glued to the top of surface if watching from down to up) . On the right lilypipe looking into direction on left side glass where diffuser is positioned. Right beside lilly pipe is intake. So it hits front glass a bit, then some small flow is reflected back trough bottom from left to right but the main flow goes in circle from right to front glass a bit, the right glass, then back and right side again to the intake. this pic may help to visualize it better:
2. Does my light sound ok? Too much or not enough? Intensity? (compare to everything else). My photoperiod is as follows: 3pm turns ON 2x28w bulbs, 5pm turns ON the led panel (1k Lumens), 9.30pm OFF 2x28w, 11.00pm OFF LED. So it gives me a photo period of 7.30 hours. Strongest light is 5pm-9.30pm - 4.30 hours. Weakest light is 9.30-10.30 pm - 1 hour (end of the day).
3. Is My co2 regime ok? It turns ON 3 hours before the lights are up. and it switches OFF 9pm when only the led plate is ON for another 1.5 hours. (drop checker stays lime green).
4. Is my ferts and dosing ok? I keep follow the instructions. So per every 50L I'm adding 10ml of ferts daily. It leaves me with about 18ml micro and macro. Also I keep using liquid carbon 3ml daily. If I have red colored plants and I would like to see that red not turning in green shoud I keep dosing the same or I need to change something in EI dosing?

I know it is not easy to give the best way to do it, but if any suggestions on some changes I should make I really would appreciate it.
