DIY mix question

Hi all,

Thought I'd ask smarter minds on this, I'm playing about with a bio co2 JBL kit on very small tanks, for which it's ideal.

The refills consist of an A and B packet, which go in the container below, straight to tubing and diffuser.

I'm assuming this is simply yeast and sugar, but wondered on the quantities used if anyone has a formula they prefer? I gather more yeast etc means a stronger co2 output but for less time, and vice versa.

Thanks
