Detritus build up any chemicals to remove

Hi everyone my filter seems to get a lot of detritus even though i wipe down when maintaining every 8 days, does this look normal amount and is there any products that get rid of it as sure i have seen youtube vids where they say a product does this but not sure if just trying to sell there products.

Diatomaceous algae and fish poop, looks totally normal. No magic wands!

Perfectly normal @Deano3 as @X3NiTH says, possibly mainly biofilm. I give it a quick brush with a bottle brush or scrubbing brush under the tap. Those Oase fittings can be completely disassembled also, if you fancy a complete strip down clean of it.
