Classic crypt melt!...😉
They will recover eventually!
Petchi is one of the slower growing crypts so will take some time...depending if your dosing Co2 or its a low tech set-up!

To much light/too little CO2?? That's a possibility
How long have they been in the tank?
they have been in tank for around 3 weeks and iv only got 2x 48inch 54w T5 tubes whot are like 2 year old with reflectors on tank and reduced light time to 6-8 hours a day
I don't do CO2 or LQ carbon as did not think id need for these sort of plants as low tech

Thank you for your reply
Its low tech setup so don't do Co2 or LQ carbon as though my daily EI dosing would be enough
could it be the bigger 40-50 percent every week water change at end of week im doing as have read crypts like it very stable

Hi
50% is okay for water changes!
I would reduce the lighting period to 6 hours maximum.
If your using inert sand/gravel...root tablets/sticks/balls would be beneficial.
Just remove dying leaves...to promote new growth....😉
