I've got a crypt cordata, although it is var Grobowski, not Rosanervig.
Grows much like a typical crypt for me... slow to establish, old melt when tank parameters change, normal growth once established. It does take a while to grow to full height, each new leaf slightly larger than the last. I've only grown it low tech.

One leaf in a year does not sound right, do your other crypts grow OK?

Rosanervig is a rare variety that I would love in my collection, it is great for you that you have it!

hi thanks for the reply, all my over crypts grow fine, its about 5cm tall which seems abit pittiful for a years growth. i initialie had it growing in a stand of Cabomba it now resides amonst some Hygrophila corymbosa, so maybe i need more patients. if i ever get any babies i will let you know.

thanks

5cm in a year does not seem right.
Also, weird that the Rosanervig does not grow yet the other crypts do
Only other thing I can think of is if it is in a 'bad spot' in the tank, maybe heavily shaded, or no flow to it.
I wish I could help more 🙁

Thanks for the offer of plantlets though 🙂

silentmajority can you pretty please post a photo with the crypt 😀
Just trying to find out if I had it.

I know some people get a lovely pink veining from it, and others... don't
Would be nice to see how silentmajority's looks 🙂
