According to Flowgrow.de its very difficult to grow but everywhere else has it in the easy category. Bit confusing

Never had a problem with it in my hard tap-water!
The one that is sold in the shops here in the uk isn’t actually bullosa and is a variety of wendtii, it’s as easy as other wendtii to grow.
