Hello, planted Crypt Parva few days ago and already the stems have started melting. Is the normal crypt melt or maybe because of the liquid carbon I dose.ce3f7f7716de948ef2e6207296520e28.jpg

I doubt it's the liquid carbon as I've been double dosing my tank for the past 2 weeks and they are looking good.

I had the same problem with Parva and I found that this variety of Cryptocoryne doesn't need much CO2 but more light than other Crypt. When I remove it from the side of the tank in a well-lit area, it grows nice. Same with Staurogyne or Althernanthera.
