I know they're not everybodies cup of tea, but I've got a 190 litre corner tank for the living room and am finally pulling together a bit of cash to buy the last few bits for it (you got to love eBay).

I'm going to be running a external canister filter (rated at 900 l/h), inline heater and looking at an Up Aqua inline CO2 diffuser. What I'm not sure is if it's best to buy some clear plastic and make my own spray bar that mirrors the curve of the front glass, or use a lily pipe in the back corner. I intend you put an Intake Tube Filter onto the pipe that goes into the filter as I'm going to have shrimp in the tank and don't want to risk them going on a water slide ride into the filter.

I know that I'll need to get an external powerhead as I'm only going to be managing 3 or 4 times my water flow too :)
