Co2 Regulator

I am currently running an FE setup with the D-D disposible bottle regulator and converter.
I cannot seem to adjust the regulator anymore to keep the pressure down to 1 bar.

I am looking to replace the regulator and would like peoples opinion on the below regulator. it seems very cheap, and does it have the correct thread!!

I have also read on this forum about not using welding regulators but cannot find any reason why not to use them.
