CO2 adapter from threaded sparklet

Hi folks,

Hoping somebody here will know what I need I have a regulator Professional Co2 Regulator & Threaded Disconnect that takes the threaded little 16g sparklets. I want to convert this to a standard CO2 bottle - I will need some tubing so that the bottle is not connected directly to the regulator, so is there such a thing or can I make such a thing? So it would be bottle to tubing, then the other end of the tubing would have the adapter from sparklet thread to the tubing/pipe

You'll need to find out exactly what thread size the regulator uses, but asuming it is 3/8" you will need something like this
