Hi, I wanted to know if my 60 cm Chihiros WRGB2 is sufficient for an 80 cm aquarium? I'm adding photos and I'm about to buy more plants. I also wanted to know how to set the channels and what power, thanks

another thing but is it necessary to add the side reflectors to increase the light or are they not needed

Please don't spam when you don't get a response straight away. Assuming you mean 80cm long and not high as you haven't specified. I would think that you'll be fine as that's only a 10cm gap at either end. Play around with the settings and see what you like, are you low-tech or high-tech? Start with lower power to begin with.

The shades are to stop excess light spilling out into the room. If you're happy with it as is then don't bother.

I have same light. Iv only had it up and running for couple weeks now. Its a great light. At the minute, because iv only planted tank couple weeks ago im using the auto fuction. 30min ramp up and down. 33% red- 23% green and 30% blue. Zero white. My plants are doing well so far. Its very powerful light.
One thing i would love to know is how to use the customise function. I cant work it out. I would like the lights to be a bit dimmer in the evening but cant figure out how to do this. I think the customise function can do this.
