Chihiros lights

Hello, so I'm trying figure out how I'm going to light my new 90cm by 45cm by 45cm thats on the way.
I saw this on a sticky thread :
Now if I understand this right, if I buy Chihiros rgb 90cm. And I run it 10 cm from water suface at dimmer level 3, I'll get about 67 PAR?
Because thats really strong isn't it?whydo some people run 2 units side by side when you can get 100+ PAR easy with 1 unit
Maybe only for extra spread? if so will 1 unit be enough for my size tank?

Or maybe I should just go with A series or A plus..
I will appreciate any comment or idea. Thanks

I would guess these numbers are without water which reduces it dramatically.
