yup. you should be able to use it with sturdy co2 tubing but ive found Ive had leaks using these before so you may need to get some of the metal joint sticks. ada sell them but you should be able to get them cheaper from whereever sells the one in your picture.

Dont forget youll also need two inline needle valves after this to regulate the flow out of the two ends.

I would like to ask what does the metal joint sticks do?

Also, I suppose I need 2 bubble counter and 2 diffusers. right?
