Can anyone idenity these white stuff growing on java moss?

Hey all, this is the 2nd week of cycling the tank with plants. I added the java moss by gluing it to the rocks about a week ago.

So far, daily I turn on the lights for 6 hours, no CO2, fertilizer twice weekly. I noticed some white stuff on the java moss, anyone knows what is it?

They look like they could be rhizoids that the moss uses to stick itself down as they're at the start of new growth - other possibility is some sort of fungus but they look too clean and organised for that -keep an eye on it
