Why some of my plants doing this, please see the pictures. I’m talking about roots.

I've had this plant for quite some time, and it wasn’t behaving this way until I made a few changes. I’m thinking there must be a reason for it—maybe it’s not getting enough nutrients.

What changes? My stem plants all start rooting after a while. I don’t actually have any left in my main because I got tired of trimming them.

About week ago I took everything out of the tank cleaned everything and then planted that plant in different place. Few days later it started to root.

Some rotalas just do that, especially on the older stems. Some also say that it happens when the plant isnt getting enough Nitrates. Since you have done what sounds like a rescape, it could just be a reaction to getting disturbed

I have the same thoughts, and I read a bit more about it—seems like people are saying the same thing. It’s either a nutritional issue (like not enough nitrates) or just a normal reaction, especially after being disturbed during a rescape. Thanks

Yes it's perfectly normal, Just chop them off if you think they look unsightly.
