Can anybody tell me what is wrong with this plant?

Most of my plants appear to be doing ok.
This one does not. Any ideas, please?
I'm afraid I do not know it's name.

I dont recognise that personally and have a slight feeling its not an aquatic plant 😕

Doesn't look aquatic indeed. In that case it might be an oxygen deficiency. What species is it?

That is some kind of Cordyline...........and, sorry to say, not aquatic..........but often on sale as such. Nice plant for the window sill, though 🙂
