Buying fish online

Do you buy fish online? Is it safe to get fish delivered with Royal Mail? I bought from Pets at home and I am not impressed.

A few year ago l ordered Shrimp on line from aqua essentials ,they were very careful and considerate to livestock health making sure you understood when they would arrive, how to acclimatise them, and have to say everything went well. Of what l have seen many of the well known online suppliers are very good and have excellent reviews. Not sure l would ever recommend a company that sends fish by Royal Mail,
