Hi guys, I've no doubt this has been asked plenty of times but thought I'd ask again. What brushes or cleaners are you using for 12mm glass lily pipes. I have this set https://www.amazon.co.uk/FZONE-Aquarium-Filter-Skimmer-Outflow/dp/B085LHVWB9?th=1 and the brushes that came with it are impossible to get round the bends. Can anyone recommend a good set if pipe brushes suitable for a 12mm lily pipe set?

Hose brushes for 12mm tubing should work fine, you sometimes need to push hard to force it around the bend. I use Viv Aqua ones from AliExpress. You can also soak glassware in a water/bleach solution to clean.
Was just searching for those as found someone comparing them to the ADA spring washer. tempted to get the ADA but £25 for a brush on a bit of metal lol!

The best I’ve found are the pull through type. I actually replaced the cord with some thicker Strimmer cord for use on longer hoses but you could use thinner cord for tight bends if needed?

I've not tried the ADA brush, but I have a 12 & 16mm set of the Viv ones and both continue to work well. I have a mix of ADA & Viv aquascaping tools, I know Viv is a blatant copy down to the logo etc, but for the money some of their stuff is very good.
Trumpet cleaners, half the price, more flexible and the brush head never breaks off mid bend which aquatics ones have a habit of doing after a while. 👍
Never thought I would find myself Googling 'Trumpet Cleaners' but glad I have!
Do they do one small enough for 12mm glassware?
